Code Novice Security

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks and any other proprietary rights associated with the services provided by Code Novice belong to us or our respective licensors. Clients retain the intellectual property rights to the content they provide for their projects.

  4. Project Approval and Revisions: We aim to ensure client satisfaction with the final deliverables. Clients have the opportunity to review and request revisions during the project's development stages. Once a project is approved and delivered further revisions may be subject to additional fees.

  5. Payment and Fees: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by Code Novice. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or the suspension of services.

  6. Confidentiality: Code Novice understands the importance of protecting client information and maintaining confidentiality. We will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information provided by clients without their consent unless required by law.

  7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Code Novice be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  8. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement of services by providing written notice to the other party. Termination will be subject to any agreed-upon terms regarding project completion, payment and intellectual property rights.

  9. Modification of Terms: Code Novice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

  10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Code Novice is located without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  11. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Code Novice and the client superseding any prior agreements or understandings written or oral regarding the services provided.
